About Phil Talks Whiskey: For eternity, Phil Kollin has possessed an un-dying appetite and a grave passion for all things American whiskey—and he’s risen from the crypt to share it with the living (and the resting).
For centuries (well, at least the last several years), Phil has dragged his enthusiasm out of the catacombs to thrill countless groups through bourbon-soaked ghost tours, immersive dead-of-night tastings, and other ridiculously spooky custom experiences. Whether he's hosting intimate gatherings deep in the bourbon or whispering captivating, spine-chilling history to hundreds from a creaky stage, Phil breathes new life into every spirit of the occasion—alongside a glass of the good stuff. (Cue the ominous Vincent Price laughter)
About Lacy Robinson: Lacy Robinson brings a distinctive perspective to Kentucky's bourbon industry through her unique fusion of dark tourism expertise and hospitality leadership. As an Executive Bourbon Steward and MBA graduate in Bourbon Tourism and Event Management from Midway University, and tour host at Oxmoor Farm & Estate, the historic home of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, she conducts the acclaimed Bourbon Legends Tour, a luxury experience that takes guests to visit the final resting places of Kentucky's bourbon legends. She also hosts the Mourning & Memory Tour at Oxmoor, a dark tourism experience exploring the estate's history through the lens of mourning traditions and memorial culture. Her background as a funeral service professional and trainer, combined with visits to over 500 cemeteries, provides deep insight into how history, mortality, and cultural tourism intertwine. Lacy delivers engaging presentations that illuminate the darker, often overlooked narratives within bourbon country's storied landscape.
