Aged to Perfection - Showcasing the Best 12-Year Kentucky Bourbons

  • Paddock Coffee 700 Main Street Shelbyville, KY 400656 United States (map)

Join us for a fun and immersive event featuring an exceptional tasting of beautifully perfectly-aged bourbons! Eager to learn something new and explore America’s Native Spirit in a totally unique way? We are taking the whiskey party to downtown Shelbyville, KY, for an interactive tasting event with Phil Talks Whiskey that will prove there is simply no substitute for time in the barrel.

Why 12 years? Because patience pays off! Age may be just a number, but when it comes to Kentucky whiskey, a dozen years (and maybe a little more!) is often considered the absolute sweet spot. Spirit and wood meeting in the middle to pull just the right amount of rich caramel, toasted vanilla, and deep spice.

We will sit, sip and explore the incredible depth of flavors that only time can create. Between sips, we’ll trace the roots of America's Native Spirit, exploring how a dozen years in a Kentucky rickhouse transforms a good whiskey into an unforgettable one... along a few surprises. It's guaranteed to be a neat night out!

The Lineup:

🥃 Knob Creek 12 Year

🥃 1792 Aged 12 Years

🥃 Wild Turkey 12 Year (Japanese Import) – A very special, hard-to-find treat!

🥃 I.W. Harper 15 Year – Okay, so it's a little older than 12 years... but we couldn't resist

Let’s sip, savor, and discover your next favorite Bourbon. After all, the proof is in the tasting!
